Thank you for booking your class or training seminar on line. This pre-paid reservation is a commitment by you to keep and arrive on time for your scheduled class or training seminar. In the event of an emergency, please contact office via phone or by email to reschedule. Classes will be rescheduled for severe weather days. There is a $25.00 administration fee for canceling or rescheduling class or seminar reservation that is made online. There will be a $50.00 administration fee for canceling within 24hours of scheduled class or seminar.

If you would like to schedule a massage at Sedona Massage Company - please call 817-488-7851. A brief client interview will be conducted over the phone. Refer to Client Intake Form and bring it completed to your first scheduled appointment.
Contraindications for massage include the following: current infectious conditions- cold, flu, fever, skin rash of any kind, broken bones, red swollen area on body- indicates infection or injury to area. If your pain level is a 6 or higher on a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the greatest degree of pain, please see your doctor first before scheduling a massage. For women who are pregnant, prenatal massage is available during 2nd and 3rd trimesters only. You must be receiving prenatal care and have permission from your doctor before scheduling your appointment. If you have any doubts about scheduling your massage due to a medical condition, please call first. Medical Massage is available for those under a doctor’s care who need myofascial release for injuries that are related to strain or sprains. PIP auto insurance covers massage therapy for a recovery period following a recent auto accident. Typical whiplash treatments are 6-12 visits maximum. Please bring script from your doctor or chiropractor for this therapy and any related auto insurance information.
AVAILABILITY: Due to established client base, many time slots are already filled as standing appointments. Couple massage may be scheduled through email and requires three day minimum advanced notice. This is a Licensed Massage Therapy Establishment with the Texas Department of Health Services. This is a full draping professional practice.
